Ali AlAjme – Team Member

Ali AlAjme is a technology and innovation leader with 15+ years of experience in IT, digital transformation, and public sector modernization. He currently serves as Director of Health Information Systems at the Ministry of Health and Prevention, leading national initiatives focused on smart healthcare systems, data integration, and emerging technologies.

He holds an Executive MBA from the Higher Colleges of Technology and has completed executive programs with the Mohammed Bin Rashid Government Innovation Center (in collaboration with Cambridge University) and the Mohammed Bin Rashid Leadership Development Program (Executive Leadership track, affiliated with Duke University). He is also a certified Kaplan-Norton Balanced Scorecard and Strategy Execution professional through Palladium.

Ali has contributed to key national committees, including Artificial Intelligence, Smart Services, Arab Health, and the Fourth Industrial Revolution. In 2015, he received First Prize at the Government Summit for Best Mobile Government Service.

He began his career as an IT Engineer at the Department of Economic Development in Dubai and is recognized for driving impactful digital government initiatives and innovation.
