Khalid brings over 18 years of specialized experience in investigations, forensic analysis(including digital forensics), finance and corporate security.
He is a trusted advisor to many public and private sector entities . He is also a private advisor to several prominent family business owners in the Middle East Region. Khalid advises on matters relating to Forensic investigations, business advisory, complexed financial & business risk related matters.
He started his banking career with two multinational banks in the UAE, gaining experience across multiple areas, including Banking, Finance, Investigations, Risk management and Retail. He later joined the Fraud Prevention Department at Dubai World, which was one of the largest holding company in Dubai, with subsidiaries like (Nakheel,Limtless, DP World, Drydocks World, Istithmar World, Dubai Trade, Economical Zone World, Customs World, Imdaad, Trakhees, Dubai Maritime City and Ports Customs and Freezone Company) where he performed forensic reviews and led as a Fraud and Forensic Investigator, leading complex investigations to uncover and mitigate fraudulent activities through both traditional forensic reviews and advanced digital forensic techniques.
Subsequently, he advanced to lead the Corporate Security Department at Drydocks World Dubai, where he was responsible for safeguarding critical assets and implementing comprehensive security strategies across the organization.expertise positions him as a trusted authority in fraud prevention, forensic auditing, digital forensics, and security management within highly regulated and dynamic environments.
Before joining Resilience, Khalid served as the Director of Forensic Services at a leading Big Four Audit and Advisory Firm in the Middle East. He also held the position of Partner – Forensic and Risk Advisory at the UAE office of the world’s fifth-largest accounting and advisory firm, where he led numerous high-profile forensic investigations, fraud risk assessments, digital forensic examinations, and advisory engagements across a range of sectors.
Khalid holds an MSc In Criminology and Criminal Psychology from the University of Portsmouth, UK. In addition, he is a Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Forensic Interviewer, Certified Fraud Specialist, Certified Ethical Hacker and a Computer Hacking forensic Investigator. A qualified Chartered Accountant (Pakistan, UAE), Certified Public Accountant (USA), and Certified Internal Auditor, his credentials are matched by a proven ability to enhance governance frameworks and internal controls across complex business structures.
Farhan’s professional experience spans Operational, Financial, and IT Auditing, with deep proficiency in risk-based internal audits, GRC implementations, and data-driven insights for decision-making. He has successfully led external audit engagements under International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and consistently advises clients on complex accounting treatments in line with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). His expertise in group consolidations, technical accounting, and financial reporting transformations has been pivotal for organizations undergoing structural and regulatory change.
His qualifications extend into risk advisory and assurance, including certifications in Fraud Examination, Risk Management Assurance, and Information Systems Auditing (CISA). Farhan brings in-depth working knowledge of global risk frameworks such as COSO and ISO 31000, having spearheaded numerous ERM and strategic risk engagements across the Middle East. He has a keen understanding of how to align risk appetite with enterprise goals—driving resilience, agility, and long-term value.

Ali AlAjme is a seasoned technology and innovation leader with over 15 years of experience in information technology, digital transformation, and public sector modernization. He currently serves as the Director of Health Information Systems at the Ministry of Health and Prevention, where he leads national initiatives focused on enhancing healthcare delivery through smart systems, data integration, and emerging technologies.
Ali holds an Executive MBA from the Higher Colleges of Technology and is a graduate of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Government Innovation Center, in collaboration with Cambridge University, UK. He is also an alumnus of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Leadership Development Program – Executive Leadership track, affiliated with Duke University, USA. In addition, he is a certified Kaplan-Norton Balanced Scorecard and Strategy Execution professional, certified by Palladium.
Throughout his career, Ali has played a vital role in advancing digital government services and national innovation strategies. He has actively contributed to several high-level committees, including the Artificial Intelligence Committee, Smart Services Committee, Arab Health Committee, and the Federal Committee for the Adoption of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
His leadership and vision have directly shaped impactful government initiatives, and in 2015, he was awarded First Prize at the Government Summit for delivering the Best Mobile Government Service.

Fahad Abdulla Anoohi is a seasoned Internal and External Audit professional with over 17 years of progressive experience across both public and private sectors. His distinguished career includes key roles at Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), Road and Transportation Authority (RTA), the Financial Audit Authority, and global audit firm PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC)—where he began building his rigorous foundation in financial audit and regulatory compliance.

Tony Semaan is the Audit, Compliance and International Liaison Partner at Resilience Chartered Accountants and Advisory Services, bringing over 20 years of international experience across audit, advisory, regulatory compliance, and IFRS consulting. His expertise spans external audit, internal audit, risk-based assurance, and technical accounting advisory, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency, mitigating enterprise risk, and supporting governance transformation.
Tony has successfully led high-impact, cross-border audit and advisory engagements across industries such as construction, healthcare, hospitality, retail, manufacturing, education, technology, waste management, and professional services. His work is grounded in global standards, including IFRS, ISA, ISO, and GDPR, and he has delivered engagements across diverse jurisdictions including the UAE, KSA, Lebanon, Oman, Egypt, Sudan, Nigeria, Norway, and Côte d’Ivoire.

As Data Protection Officer for Centric Norway, Tony spearheaded GDPR implementation strategies, embedding privacy-by-design and compliance frameworks into audit practices. Ebrahim Fikree is the Accounting Lead and Business Advisory Consultant for the Middle East, Pakistan, and US markets at Resilience Chartered Accountants and Advisory Services. Ebrahim began his career in Canada, where he held positions in financial services and technology, supporting teams in financial analysis, reporting, and project coordination.
