Ali AlAjme is a seasoned technology and innovation leader with over 15 years of experience in information technology, digital transformation, and public sector modernization. He currently serves as the Director of Health Information Systems at the Ministry of Health and Prevention, where he leads national initiatives focused on enhancing healthcare delivery through smart systems, data integration, and emerging technologies.
Ali holds an Executive MBA from the Higher Colleges of Technology and is a graduate of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Government Innovation Center, in collaboration with Cambridge University, UK. He is also an alumnus of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Leadership Development Program – Executive Leadership track, affiliated with Duke University, USA. In addition, he is a certified Kaplan-Norton Balanced Scorecard and Strategy Execution professional, certified by Palladium.
Throughout his career, Ali has played a vital role in advancing digital government services and national innovation strategies. He has actively contributed to several high-level committees, including the Artificial Intelligence Committee, Smart Services Committee, Arab Health Committee, and the Federal Committee for the Adoption of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
His leadership and vision have directly shaped impactful government initiatives, and in 2015, he was awarded First Prize at the Government Summit for delivering the Best Mobile Government Service.
Ali began his professional journey as an IT Engineer at the Department of Economic Development in Dubai and has since established himself as a forward-thinking leader committed to innovation, excellence, and the future of digital governance.
