Fahad Abdulla Anoohi is a seasoned Internal and External Audit professional with over 17 years of progressive experience across both public and private sectors. His distinguished career includes key roles at Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), Road and Transportation Authority (RTA), the Financial Audit Authority, and global audit firm PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC)—where he began building his rigorous foundation in financial audit and regulatory compliance.

Fahad’s expertise covers a wide range of audit engagements, including operational, financial, compliance, and investigative audits, executed across complex, multi-entity, and highly regulated environments. He has consistently delivered audit outcomes that strengthen internal control frameworks, detect control gaps, enhance financial reporting accuracy, and support good governance.He has planned and led numerous risk-based internal audits, external financial audits, and governance reviews, all in alignment with International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and local regulatory requirements. His technical acumen is complemented by hands-on leadership in anti-fraud investigations, control gap advisory, and audit committee reporting.
