Fahad Abdulla Anoohi – Team Member

Fahad Abdulla Anoohi is an accomplished Internal and External Audit professional with over 17 years of experience across the public and private sectors. His career spans leading organizations including Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), the Financial Audit Authority, and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he built a strong foundation in financial audit and regulatory compliance.

Fahad specializes in operational, financial, compliance, and investigative audits within complex, highly regulated environments. He has successfully led risk-based internal audits, external audits, and governance reviews in line with International Standards on Auditing (ISA), consistently strengthening internal controls, identifying gaps, and enhancing financial reporting and governance.

His expertise also includes anti-fraud investigations, control advisory, and audit committee reporting, supported by a hands-on, results-driven leadership approach.

Fahad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Dubai, is a Certified Internal Auditor, and a UAECA Fellow (EAAA UAE Fellowship). He is recognized for his precision, integrity, and impact in audit and governance.
